trcLearning marks our evolution from The Recruiters' Casebook blog. It represents our recognition that significant learning is more likely to be achieved within a community than from a casebook.  So, we bring together staffing and recruitment changemakers to share knowledge in a vibrant learning community, where we collaboratively navigate our business, compliance, and technological landscapes, so that we can set the standard for what it means to be human in the age of digital recruitment.

Of course, the Mighty Network platform has its own user terms and conditions for platform use, but trcLearning has unique dynamics. Our Shared Commitments help us sustain a space where we can foster mutual respect, protect our hard work and ideas, navigate external content, and ensure our shared knowledge is reliable and up-to-date.

So, here now is a brief overview of what our Shared Commitments entail:

  • Responsible Participation: We’ll both commit to being respectful, law-abiding, and considerate.
  • Respecting Boundaries: Any information shared here is confidential and belongs to its respective owner. Let's honour that.
  • Positive Conduct: We're all about respectful and constructive interactions. Let's learn and grow, not hurt and hamper.
  • Navigating Third-Party Content: Sometimes, we'll encounter external content. Always remember to proceed justly and wisely, acknowledging the work of others. By posting content on our platform, we both impliedly and respectively warrant and represent that we have rightful ownership or the necessary rights to grant licenses to publish the content . This includes text, images, audio, and video. Implicit in sharing information is the guarantee that the use of content does not infringe upon any third party's rights, encompassing privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. 
  • Acknowledging Informational Nature: The content here is for informational purposes. Let's not use it as though it were legal advice that you might get from your lawyers.
